The workshop guide below walks you through the initial steps of setting up basic HEC-RAS 1D and 2D models from scratch for projects in Australia, assuming you are starting with nothing but a computer with Google. An alternative version of Workshop #1 with instructions for accessing terrain data from the LINZ server is available for New Zealand users here.
