International Water Training Institute
hydroschool.org is the online presence for the International Water Training Institute, a global network of water professionals and academics providing educational and professional development services for the water sector. Our courses are taught by highly experienced modellers, programmers, and instructors with extensive backgrounds in hydrologic, hydraulic, hydrogeologic, and water quality modelling software. Krey Price
Krey Price is the director of the International Water Training Institute. Krey has 25 years of engineering consulting experience in the water resources sector and has been developing and implementing professional development training programs for 10 years. Krey has taught over 100 online courses and over 200 worldwide in-person courses on hydraulic modelling, rainfall-runoff, dam breach, sediment transport, and other topics.
Krey has served as an invited keynote speaker at industry forums; he has presented research and findings at over fifty international water conferences and has authored or co-authored over sixty technical papers, including peer-reviewed papers on hydraulic structures, river sedimentation, dam breaching, and stormwater management techniques.
Krey’s early career included programming, code-writing, and compiling sediment transport software. He currently operates Surface Water Solutions, an engineering consultancy headquartered in Western Australia.
